IMPORTANT NOTICE

Although your building updates do not necessarily require the approval of staff, we do require that you fill out the details using the template provided at the bottom of this post so that we can at least keep track of everything and ensure there's no foul play. If anything is found to be amiss, you may face a stiff penalty. If your update requires your Gold or EXP to be adjusted, please post Here after posting your update under your sheet.

Preview/Guide:

General Information
Name :: What the building is generally referred to as.
Level :: What level is the building currently?
Owner(s) :: List the name of anyone or everyone who owns it.
Resident(s) :: List any PCs who don't own the building but live or work there.
Type :: Residential, Industrial, Mercantile, Guild, Governmental or Other.
Location :: Name the location of the topic/forum and link the name there.

Appearance Information
Picture :: This is only required for buildings that will have their own forum. The image must have a minimum width of 900 and height of 450 or at least close enough to stretch without too much distortion. Please put this in a spoiler.
Exterior :: Describe the exterior of the building with at least 500 words.
Interior :: Describe the interior of the building with at least 500 words.
Property Size :: How many acres is the property?
Building Size :: Include how large the building is, including how many floors.
Rooms :: List each room in the building below along with a 250+ word description for each. If you'd like them to have their own sub-forums, in the case where your building has a forum itself, you must include an image for them with the same dimension requirements as the general building picture. Please put them in their own individual spoilers beneath each room's information.

Other Information
Abilities :: List any abilities, if any, that the building possesses. An example might be an Industrial building that allows crafters to produce items faster. Abilities like the aforementioned, that could be considered type specific, are type specific. So you can't have a residential building that offers crafting related perks.
Items :: List the name of every item that you store in the building, with each name linking to the approved application of each item.

Stored Items:

Materials :: List the name and quantity of every material that you have stored in the building.

Stored Materials:

NPC Occupants :: List the names of any NPCs who live or work in the building, linked to their approved application.
