Turtai City is both the capital of Miesta as well as its wealthiest city. Built alongside a wide river that runs through the island nation, it consists of many different districts built both alongside the river itself as well as surrounding hills and mountains. While immigrants and tourists are welcome in other parts of the island nation, they are strictly prohibited from entering Turtai. Guards are posted at every entrance to check for identification.

Zalias City is the second largest city in Miesta and a popular tourist destination, due to its close proximity to the beach and variety of attractions. It's one of the most diverse population to be found in the island nation, being home to nearly the entirety of Miesta's human and elven populations. Although the Miestan government has made efforts to increase the presence of bestial races, it's not enough to curb the mass immigration of humans and elves.

Pozemis is a small city, and the only one to be found on the secluded easternmost island of Miesta. Monster races comprise the majority here, with bestials following closely behind. While the city sees very little in terms of immigration, tourism or foreign business, it is highly self-sufficient and its people mostly live simple, care-free lives. The city is surrounded by dense tropical forests, with a few paths cut through them.

Siaure City is the smallest city in all of Miesta, despite being composed of massive structures built along a vast mountainside. Almost the entire population consists of a mix of the bestial races, with few of any other to be found. Immigration and tourism are both rare, with few outsiders seeing any reason to visit the tiny city since there's very little to do and not much of value to be found. Siaura thrives, however, by growing most of the food that feeds the country.
