Okoshi City, also known as the Floating City, was established atop a series of massive chunks of earth kept suspended in the air by natural magical energy found in the surrounding area. Being the capital city of Shimaguni, it predominately consists of Magnas but is also home to many of the other monster races with several other racial groups comprising minorities. Like the empire as a whole, it is ruled over by the commander-in-chief.

Kinzoku City, also known as City of Iron, is a large city built along various mountainsides found on the southern side of Shimaguni's northern island. Its structures are composed almost entirely of metal, primarily iron, and was primarily built as a second line of defense should the capital ever fall. It's a highly militant city, with everyone who resides there being involved with the Shimagunian military.

Mizu City is the most affluent of places to be found in the Shimaguni Empire, being home to top retired military officials and others of great wealth. While the empire itself is heavily isolationist, Mizu City is the sole exception, welcoming both immigrants and tourists alike. For that reason, it's home to many who aren't of a monster race. Most of the city is built along a massive bridge erected along the waters found between the northern and southern islands.

Tsuki City, also known as the City of Umbras, is a vast and wealthy city established in honor of the Goddess of the Moon herself, Umbras. Although a small part of it touches the waters south of the island, most of the city is landlocked. The buildings are massive and magical sources of light are abundant, keeping most of Tsuki illuminated even at night. Being a city of business, merchants travel from all over to do business there.
