Vasilikos is the palace of Ploutos City, where the jarl and congress members reside. It's vast and glorious, comprised predominately of gold. It consists, also, of numerous different buildings, all interconnected by hallways and passages. Sitting atop the palace is a pyramid, constructed entirely of gold bricks that have been welded to one another with an intense heat spell.

The Elafrys district is a sprawling and thriving district that is predominately comprised of Luxelves and Primians. The district is known to consist of the most devout worshipers of Lux, reflected in the many towering monuments they've devoted to him. This district sits beside the Luxian Temple established by the jarl, but also consists of many of its own monuments to the God of Light.

The Vromia District is the more impoverished side of the city, consisting predominately of lower classes. There is only one shrine to Lux in the entirety of the district, as the majority of the area is dedicated to residential zoning. There are a vast number of inns, pubs and black markets to be found in this part of Plotous City. Although it's often frequented by adventurers, others are warned to visit with guards.

The Luxian Temple is dedicated to the worship and reverence of Lux. Many pay their respects at the holy site, which consists of a variety of magical artifacts relating to the God of Light himself. Although anyone is allowed entrance, there are armed guards at every corner to ensure the protection of the artifacts from any who would seek to pilfer or desecrate them. It is guarded by a light elemental amplified by a divine orb.

The public bath is where anyone and everyone in the kingdom may come to bathe in a secluded area, for a small fee of 10 gold pieces. The water is cleansed regularly with magic, which also imbues the water with cleansing properties so that those who soak in it may be thoroughly cleansed. While most cultures might have trouble adjusting with the prospect of bathing with others, nudity is a normal part of life in Ploutos City.

The public garden is where anyone is welcome to come and enjoy the mystical plant life that may be found there, as well as magical creatures who call the garden home. The rules are very strict, such as no one being permitted to feed, take or harm anything found there. Should anyone violate these rules, they would be imprisoned by the guards posted at every corner. The area is abundant with magical energy and many mages come to rejuvenate.
